| Secondary Containment Secondary containment has become a very important issue in the construction of new tanks as well as the refurbishing of existing tanks. Skinner Tank Company can provide numerous secondary containment options. On new tanks secondary containment can consist of a lined earthen dike, a concrete dike, a double walled tank, a double floored tank, or a tank with an internal bladder.
